It all starts with an idea. My journey in this industry began in 2001, and from the very beginning, I recognized the importance of learning every facet of it. Over the years, that has been my unwavering focus.

My career kicked off at the age of eighteen with one of the finest design-build companies in the country. Here, I absorbed knowledge ranging from fabrication and assembly to servicing panic hardware, whether it was a storefront door or a counter-balanced Ellison door. This experience solidified my passion for mastering the industry.

Later, I dedicated a significant portion of my career to a smaller company, where I worked as an estimator and project manager. This pivotal role allowed me to gain the insights needed to understand how projects originate and progress.

Outside of work, my family always comes first. When I'm not at the office or in the shop, you'll find me focusing on my fitness, going for runs, enjoying motorcycle rides with my kids, or embarking on family camping adventures.

My ultimate goal is to foster a work environment that stands out in the industry. Every member of my team is equal and deserving of the same respect as myself.
